Do you allow refunds or exchanges?

Effective 10/22/21 NO refunds or exchanges of any items will be permitted. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will accept Cash, Debit or Credit Cards for additional concession and admission tickets.

What are the Pumpkin Patch hours?

The Pumpkin Patch will be open the last two weekends in October. The first weekends' hours: Friday Oct. 22nd from 3pm-6pm, Saturday and Sunday Oct. 23rd and 24th from 10am-6pm. The second weekends' hours: Friday Oct. 29th from 3pm-6pm, Saturday and Sunday Oct. 30th and 31st from 10am-6pm. Entrance gates will close 30 minutes before the ranch closes to allow us to clean up and close in a timely manner.

What are the Drive-Thru Only hours?

Our Haunted Drive-Thru ONLY hours are for the last weekend in October. The hours are from 6pm-10pm Friday Oct. 29th, Saturday Oct. 30th and Sunday October 31st. Entrance gates will close 30 minutes before the ranch closes to allow us to clean up and close in a timely manner. *NOTE: we don't recommend bringing younger children for the Night time drive-thru.

How long should we expect to wait to be allowed in to the patch?

Waiting times will vary. Due to Covid-19 we are limiting attendance. We ask that you pick your pumpkin, take your pictures, and gather your goodies in a timely manner. We will enforce a time limit and there will be no tables and picnic areas on the ranch property. Please plan on having ample time for your visit and expect lines.

How much is the entry fee?

The entry fee is $5 per person. Ages 12 months and under are free.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept credit cards. Cash will be accepted at the gate to purchase tickets or concessions. Checks will not be accepted. Please plan accordingly.

Do you sell food and drinks?

There are no public drinking facilities on the ranch. Iced tea and lemonade will be available for sale. Cookies, popcorn, trick-or-treat goodie bags, candy cups and caramel apple hand pies will also be available for sale. Pre-ordering on the website is recommended as supplies may be limited. Picnic tables and tent areas are not available due to Covid-19. No alcohol is allowed on property.

Are dogs or other pets allowed?

We are sorry, dogs and other animals are not permitted on the ranch. ADA service animals are always welcome.

Is there a vehicle height restriction?

The vehicle height limit is 8ft. To enter Pa’ani Ranch during both the day and the night times, your vehicle must be no taller than 8ft. Please NO lifted vehicles above 8ft. NO vehicles with racks or antennas that stick up above a total of 8ft, your vehicle will not be able to enter Holoholo-Ween. Please check your ride and plan accordingly.

Can we arrive early?

Following all current state and county COVID-19 requirements for outdoor events, only a certain number of people are allowed outside of their vehicles during the daytime per hour. Please arrive at the correct start time listed on your daytime admission ticket. We are sorry NO early entry will be allowed. If you arrive early you will not be permitted to enter and will be asked to come back when your time slot begins Please come enjoy, have fun and plan to leave at the time listed on your admission ticket so that we can allow the next group of eager attendees to enter.

Will there be any flashing or strobe light effects?

Strobe light warning. Upon entering the venue you will drive-thru an area containing flashing lights. If anyone in your vehicle has a sensitivity to these lights please let us know at the admission gate.
