Do you allow refunds or exchanges?
No. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed. Once you complete your purchase, those tickets belong to you and are non transferable.

What happens when I buy a ticket?
You will get an email receipt with the subject line “Holoholo-ween Fall Fest and Pumpkin Patch” - this is your ticket. You can show it to us on your smartphone at the gate, or print it out.
Will Tickets be sold at the gate?
Yes, tickets will be sold at the gate this year.

Do I need a ticket for a baby/infant/child?
Nope, children under 3 year old can attend for free!
Do you sell food and drinks?
Yes! There will be lots of food and drink options available for purchase from local vendors on site this year! Please, no outside food or beverages are allowed on site at all.
Absolutely no alcohol will be permitted into, on or sold on premises. If any alcohol is discovered, you and your party will be asked to leave the venue immediately.
How long should we be expected to wait to get in to the event?
This year, there will be one main entrance through the arch that is directly accessible from the parking lot to the main area. Wait times to check in at the entrance should be less than five minutes.
What’s the weather like?
The last four years of Holoholoween have been typically dry and sunny. Please prepare for all types of weather, by bringing water, an umbrella in case it rains or sunscreen in case it is hot and sunny.
Can we arrive early?
Admission booth will open promptly on the starting times 12pm on Thursday and Friday, and 10am on Saturday and Sunday.
Can I bring a stroller or wagon?
Yes! We highly recommend bringing a stroller or collapsible wagon for the keiki.
Are there special accommodations for the venue?
Please keep in mind that the Panaewa Equestrian Center has uneven terrain as it is a field that consists of grass and gravel that can become muddy or dusty.
We have dedicated handicapped parking on the right side of the main parking area. People parking in this area can enter the staging area from this side, we expect to have volunteers from Keaau High School clubs to help those who require assistance.
Service animals are allowed, but must clean up after them. Owner is liable for damages/injuries caused by service animals. Owners will be asked to leave immediately if a service animal is misbehaving.
We highly recommend bringing a stroller or collapsible wagon for the keiki.
How much are tickets?
Tickets are $6 dollars per person for online presale, $8 on the day of at the gate. Everyone in your party must have a ticket for themselves.
Tickets will be checked at the main entrance Archway leading directly into the garden. You can pre-purchase tickets online here or you can purchase them directly at the gate.
Are your Pumpkins Grown locally?
Yes, our pumpkins are grown on Oahu by Aloun Farms.
